Any Home Bakers Here?

We make our ghee. I don't know if it less expensive this way or not, it is just the cost of the butter. Butter is getting so expensive in the store.

Ghee is so good - DH loves it for making fried eggs and hash browns.
I only buy butter when it is on sale and I mean like about half price or less. It is holding up well for me in the freezer.
