Hi! I have never posted on this thread, though I do bake some. I was wondering if there are any other people who are gluten free? I would love to make some GF sourdough, if that is even possible. Has anyone done it? Any recipes to share?

To add to the thankful thread...

We have a roof over our heads, food on our table (and toilet paper in the bathroom!), our health, each other, our dog, our chickens, friends and family. What more could we want?

If memory serves, Ron worked with someone on this thread to make a GF sourdough, but I don't remember who. He'll be along in a bit and be able to fill you in or tell me I'm imagining things.

Made a banana bread, have white sandwich SD bread on its second rise. The kids wanted me to make Cinnamon rolls.. dont know when.. maybe at the weekend.

Dang, those pictures make me hungry. I need more GF recipes. I'll make grownies tomorrow. Gotta bottle kombucha today.

Probably the last loaf for a while. It's time to go back on to the low carb diet (sigh). I love my sourdough. I'm going to be very grumpy for a while.

Thanks . What I adore about this sourdough, (besides the fact that it's, you know, bread, nom!) is that there's nothing in it except for flour, water, salt, and homegrown starter. About as minimal as it gets.

Welcome!

There was a member on recently that was working on sourdough GF bread. I have not made it to that one yet and my america's test kitchen book does not have sourdough GF bread in it.

Hopefully you can find some information on it!
