Any one know how to make flan? Or any other desert recipes that contain a lot of egg

If you want to consider eggnog a dessert you can use a lot of eggs
Angel Food cake takes about a dozen ... but only the whites. Then you need to figure out what to do with a dozen yolks. One possibility is chocolate truffles but a dozen yolks would make a LOT of truffles.
