Any Home Bakers Here?

I am too! The last couple loaves I used some rye, but I think I prefer using whole wheat.
Try using a different type or rye. If using dark rye, try light rye for example

How did you know the only rye I could find was dark rye? :gig It’s just a small bag so I’ll use it up and if I run into the lighter rye I’ll try that. Either way the bread is phenomenal.
