Any Home Bakers Here?

I think the one Bob posted should be good. I've not found any commercial alfredo sauce that is anything but nearly water consistency. There is a small company south of here that made a very good one (gee, they use heavy cream vs skim milk, what a surprise) but it was only at the healthy food store 25 miles south of me and they stopped carrying it.


Oh my. Floyd's passing isn't a huge shock but then she broke her hip? If you send a return email please let her know that many here at BYC are thinking of her. Hopefully she can get back on the forum if for no reason other than moral support for her suffering.

I really messed up big time on this loaf but somehow it looks and smells fine.
This time I soaked my 100g of rye flour in the sourdough jar I was changing from and left it over night with water.
This morning I added 250g of sourdough salt honey, lemon juice, wholemeal flour and a 100g of un bleached flour and 2 tablespoon of olive oil and in total 250g of water.
