Any Home Bakers Here?

Hey everyone
I just started using my bread machine for making dough. I’ve made bread many times but never tried the dough setting. So glad I finally did! My hands are bad so making bread dough takes a lot out of me. Now I get to make some of my favorites with hardly any effort on my part!

Ive made cinnamon rolls twice now. I need to use bread flour next time and I want to try the bread machine yeast too.
Also curious if anyone has a good cream cheese frosting recipe for the icing. I always make a vanilla powder sugar glaze, but I want something different. View attachment 2593475

Bread has been a long time favorite of mine. Though I don’t make it as often as I’d like.

It's an inside kind of day. A good day to make a loaf of bread, do a load of laundry, and take a nap.

And saw the still-warm heels off of said loaf of bread and put on so much butter you have eat it over the sink because butter runs down your chin.

I just did Laundry. Bread Making...will need to wait

I have a question, should I make my banana bread recipe and fill muffin cups with it or should I use a muffin recipe.. Ah never mind I'll look up an actual banana muffin recipe. Just wondered but better not.

Banana bread recipes work fine put in muffin cups. Watch the bake time as it is shorter for muffins.

I prefer Banana Bread over banana muffins, so I vote for baking the banana bread in muffin tins. Drop a little bit of cream cheese in the center before baking and it is so yummy.
