Any Home Bakers Here?

I don't do sweet anything on meat. I minced up a dill pickle instead.
I use mayo, finely minced dill pickle, finely minced onion or chives, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, a squirt of lemon juice and a little Lawry's Seasoned Salt if it's still lacking. I'm with you on the sweet on the meat thing, I don't even like most bbq sauce. Too doggone sweet!
