Any Home Bakers Here?

Hoping for Friday to "unveil".

You are such a tease. You might have to take the next couple days off to finish your gb. I'm sure everyone would be very understanding!

So I finally got a chance to bake a loaf of bread today from scratch....I didn't use any real recipe. Just your standard no knead type recipe. Added some honey to the mix because I figured it would get the yeast to react better.
I thought it turned out great....to it to cribbage Christmas party I think it's all gone now. Guess I'll make some more tomorrow.

Help ?

Praying someone can help.

Ok so I am working on GB house got the size and shapes cut out on paper patterns and started on the dough.
Using the recipe from post #407 (on page 41)

I did it exact and it rolls crumbly and will not stick together like it has too much flour. How can I fix this? is it like pie crust where you can just Kneed it with water or milk on your hands? If so what should I use since there is no milk or water in the recipe?

Or should I just start over?

Help ? Water would be what I would try. At minimum try it before you give it up. That or a bit more margarine Praying someone can help. Water would be what I would try, in tiny amounts until workable, or a bit more margarine. At minimum try it out before giving it up

Now I just need to let it cool and see if I rolled it to thin to stand up.

The dough is fantastic to taste I hope the baked version is as good

I probably could have rolled out the whole house with half the recipe
