FWIW. We didn’t taste much difference between chicken and duck eggs, although the duck eggs have a milder taste and the whites are much fluffier when cooked.

These were the first thing I baked with them and no difference. I’m going to try a chocolate mayonnaise cake and see how that comes out. It can tend toward the dense side so maybe the duck eggs will fluff it up more.That is such an easy, tasty recipe...glad your family enjoys them!
