The bigger question is what happened to the cookies after you found them?

First shot at eclairs. I need to find a BIG piping tip, these were piped then somewhat formed by hand. We ate the first 3, the rest will be filled and eaten tomorrow. I went lazy and used canned cake frosting. DW thinks I should make the official chocolate stuff.

The recipe says it makes 12, the instructions say to make 8 to 10 large hot dog size pieces. Is that new math?
Heck with it, I made 6 big ones.

they look good! I make cream puffs instead of eclairs---use my ice cream scoop

that bisquick recipe require sonly bisquick=- it makes its own magic crust

Ok, thanks. I was going to try it with GF flour, but it sounds like it would just be a waste of good ingredients.

I'm making a loaf of bread for DH in the bread machine. It's going to warm up this week, and soon be very hot. Bread machines will probably be the extent of most of my baking for the summer. I need to experiment and see if I can make grownies and other goodies.

There's already rice pudding in the Instant Pot....

they do make gf bisquick, but it's expensive. I haven't had any luck with gf pie crusts--they don't roll out nice at all

GF "flour" anything is expensive. I tailored my GF bread recipe to fit my smaller machine and include 1/2 cup of oatmeal for some of the flour to knock down the cost.

Gluten just makes bread and other dough "work" better. Sigh.
