Any Home Bakers Here?

I've been looking for cannoli shells in the grocery store for about 10 years. My husbands aunt and uncle had an Italian deli and I got her Italian pasta salad and Cannoli recipes from her way back then. Those were DH's favorites from the deli.

The pasta salad is delicious and I have been making that for him every once in a while, but he hasn't had a "good" cannoli for eons, lol.

I found some shells the other day and mixed up a half dozen cannoli's for him. It was $6 for 6 shells! Glad he enjoyed them so much - I have to admit that they are delicious, best cannoli I ever had. I have only had about 3 cannoli in my life and those were always when I was with him and we had to try them out only to have him be disappointed. The last cannoli we bought, he took 2 bites and threw it to the dogs, he couldn't even finish it - it was that bad.
