The easiest and tastiest fish recipe you can ever try is Potato Chip Fish. Just get some thin halibut (or other white fish) fillets (boned). Lay them in a shallow pan lined with aluminum foil. Cover them with mayonnaise (Best Foods). Top with crushed potato chips (all over them!). Bake at 450 for 10 minutes - or until the fish flakes and is done through.

The coconut oil has completely liquified :lau:gig
That happens if we leave ours in the laundry room or my bedroom both have poor or no aircon
I have looked (longingly) at stand mixers. Now I know what brand I will get if I buy one!

Anyone here have one that is NOT KA?

I remember my mom's mixer had the tilt head, and as a little girl, I thought that was cool, for some reason. :)
We have a Bosch and I think we had an old sunbeam. Really love the Bosch though. Plenty of torque and very easy to assemble, disassemble, and clean. No making sure the beaters are locked in or anything. Here’s a pic of a similar one to mine. I think mine is newer though.

Is that a frog or toad? What the heck was it doing in my front yard at 9:30 PM?

I washed my hands afterwards, just so you know.
Toad. They mostly come out at night around here probably looking for some nice bugs

Just made some red velvet cup cake, with homegrown strawberries!

Those look incredible!
I know how the talking in code goes! DH and I respond with lines from movies or song lyrics! Actually our son does it too. It’s fun but other people wonder what the heck is wrong with us. :gig
One of my friends families does this. I just kind of stand there in awe while all 6 of them start spouting song lyrics
So here are my scones. I put a cream wash on them before baking and they did not brown. Guess I should have used an egg wash instead. They are yummy, especially with the lemon curd!View attachment 2735003
