Any Home Bakers Here?

I'm trying something that might be a total flop.

I'm not getting as many eggs these days, with the heat. So I'm making my GF machine bread with chia seeds/water as an egg substitute. I'll know how it turns out in about 2 hours...

I'd never heard of using chia seeds + water as an egg substitute, but this article in Allrecipes says it works: egg-substitute-for-baking

I was reading reviews of a sausage gravy recipe (they are all the same recipe, so reviews are entertaining). This woman said that a batch of sausage gravy (1pound of sausage and 2 1/2C of milk) makes two servings, not eight. :eek: Has anyone ever been able to eat four servings of biscuits and gravy? I’m honestly wondering, as well as worried about this gal’s health.
