Any Home Bakers Here?

I wish I had my camera rolling, but I didn’t. Something unbelievable happened.

I was setting up a game of 9 ball pool between me and my dad, racked the balls properly, did everything right.

I then did the break shot. It was a legal break shot. Then, when the balls stopped moving I looked around for my next move. Then I noticed something, where was the 9 ball?

Turns out I accidentally pulled off a VERY RARE golden break, which is when you pocket the 9 ball on the break. The rules of 9 ball say that if the 9 ball is pocketed on the break, the breaker automatically wins the round.

A rare shot, and I accidentally pulled it off! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Baking bread tomorrow to celebrate!

Y'all, I have some miracle chicks. These babies got down to 75 F three days ago and today 2 hatched and the other one is pipping. I took the incubator to my friends' house because they had power, and wow. I present Clover, Adele, and Ida!

Something good always happens when we are down and out.

Mother nature is never easily understood.
Well, if you hear a deep rumble in the yard where your septic tank is, you might want to run the other way...

This has the makings of a Stephen King story! :gig

Ya think!

That is a neat process and you are so kind to do this
for many many. Thanks for my Genesis...I will be
using the SDS today...Baking 3 Loaves...Sourdough

the bread baking sounds fun!
I will get a loaf of no knead bread started tonight. I also plan on baking a loaf of cinnamon raison bread this weekend.

Back to dehydrators for just a sec...

The first time I incubated my yogurt in my dehydrator, I set the temp at 105. It curdled and died. I put a thermometer in there, and my dehydrator was 10+ degrees high. So now I set the dial at 95 (I just remember to set it pointing to 3 o'clock) and everything is fine.

Drying stuff, eh, what's 10 degrees? Unless you're at the very low end.

Jared, that's a lucky break! :lau

Sorry, I could not resist.

Actually, that's really cool. Congratulations!

Ha ha ha! I’m laughing! It was a very lucky break!

I actually just did it again. It took 60 tries in one hour, and I did it again, and his time, I caught it on camera.

Touchdown! Wait, wrong sport………

Anyway, maybe I’ll make bread today, not sure yet.
