I put together a Champlain loaf last night and forgot to cover it. I picked off the dried bits more or less and we’ll see how that works.

Now that it's cooled off a bit, I'll make some grownies this week.

I had to buy eggs. Now I wait for pullets eggs.

It worked out just fine! The kitchen was back to being cold so it had a nice long slow rise in the basket.
