Any Home Bakers Here?

Hey Home Bakers I made Yeast rolls to go with a beef stew tonight.

Had some lovely rare cool and drier weather today so I decided to do a little baking project with all my windows thrown open :) I'm becoming addicted to brown butter and that gorgeous nutty flavor that it imparts, so I made these: https://www.thekitchn.com/brown-butter-blondies-22955961

Some edits I made:
-Caramelized some white chocolate, cooled it, and threw in chunks into the batter along with chopped 48% cacao chocolate and chopped bakers chocolate to offset the sweetness and some chocolate chips
-Sprinkled flaky Maldon sea salt on top before baking

I'm really excited. I could have eaten the whole bowl of batter without any mix-ins. It was ambrosial.

It's baking now, I'll update y'all when it's done! I've also got my eye set on this Japanese chocolate milk bread: https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/japanese-chocolate-milk-bread-recipe . I'm obsessed with the tangzhong technique and the amazing softness it gives to bread.

What did everyone else make today?

Okay, these blondies are one of my Top 10 Best Bakes.

I made fruit scones yesterday and melonpan today. I used this recipe this time and had just enough AP flour for the cookie top.
I only have bread flour in now until my food shop comes next week. Maybe thats a good thing lol.
