My dog, Buster, always knows when I’m cooking game meat. He comes into the kitchen sniffing.

I saw a report the other day mentioning the number of bears taken in this state this past season. It made me think of you.

Took my sourdough loaf out of the oven just now. To my surprise, I have achieved something I don’t often achieve with bread of any type.

A perfectly shaped loaf! No splits anywhere!

I have only achieved this a few times before, so this makes me happy!
