Sorry, you need to add 3 eggs. AriaNew Recipe Christmas Biscotti
2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp anise extract
1 tsp almond extract 1/2 dried cherries
1/2 cup dried cranberries 1 cup slivered almonds
Mix in one bowl with a fork. Shape into 3 logs
Bake 350 oven 25-30 minutes slice into slices
Place back on baking sheet toast 10 minutes

The GF sourdough I made last week got a bit dry. I found that it made great croutons! I bet it would make great French toast too. I think the sour taste with some honey added would be very good.Made some pretty good french toast this morning too.

I’ve also made some M&M cookies! They’re very good. I’ve got a cookie swap on Thursday so I’ll make some biscotti then.
