I'll save you the time... I didn't post the recipe. It's GF, and I'm hoping to tweak it a bit to get a little more rise out of it.

I usually bake at 400 degrees. Artisan 450 with cover. Then remove cover and drop to 400 Aria

I did this with my last loaf. I wasn’t crazy about the thicker bottom crust it made. I think I’ll leave the oven high after I remove the cover, next time.
