Any Home Bakers Here?

New Recipe tried today. Sourdough White Sandwich Bread
3/4 cup sourdough starter
3 cups Bread Flour
2 T Honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 T Avocado Oil
1 cup warm water
1 egg
ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir
Texture slightly sticky and will look "shaggy"
Allow to rest 20 minutes 2. KNEAD by Mixer or hand until dough smooth and elastic about 10
minutes. 3. Allow to rise 4 hours covered in a
warm place. Shape into loaf greased pan. 9 x 5
1 or 2 inches over the top of the pan. Bake 375
oven 40 minutes. Check golden brown.

That is good news!

Using a starter that is over 100 years old is much different from using one just started for sure.

Bread rises much faster than recipes say too.
 
The recipe said 4 to 6 hours....mine was ready in 2 hours. PERFECT EXPERIENCE. This is my BEST. Aria
Often using that starter, rising times are similar to a yeast bread. I love it!
 
Think I will make cinnamon bread 22 this morning and 10 inches of fluffy white
I will be baking a Babka later this week. We have too many things to eat now so have to wait!
