Any Home Bakers Here?

Doesn't somebody here pressure can veggie soup? Can I do that with soup that's already cooked without turning it into mush? Or do you only start with fresh rae veggies? I have about 4 qts left of soup from last night.
In our home , we place in zip lock baggies, and freeze. Then pull out whatever quantity we need, and instant dinner available. :thumbsup

I don’t can much….I don’t own a pressure canner for those foods that need one. But for soups, stews, stocks - anything where I have a lot leftover - that’s when my Foodsaver earns its spot on the countertop. I bag whatever it is, freeze it overnight with the bags standing up, and the next morning I vacuum and seal the bags. Since the liquids are already frozen, I don’t have to worry about the moisture getting into my Foodsaver.

Thank being said anyone want lamb meat next year? The lamb will be around 170 before slaughter.
Me me!!!!! Of course you are a bit too far from me.

Or just skip them altogether. ;)
Yep, no one at the ER can complain that your undies aren't white enough or in decent shape if you aren't wearing any.
