Our temperature is 94 with heat index of 102.

It got up to 99°F, a thunderstorm rolled in and spit a few giant drops and dropped the temperature to 83°F. It has passed on through and the temp is back up to 89°F and rising.

my brother has been ill and will not recover. It is God's Plan.

I’m so sorry to hear about that. For what it’s worth, I lost my uncle in 2021 in a freak accident. It’s a very hard thing to go through.

Yes, but honestly my sense of smell tells me it’s done, and I forget how long it took each time.

I’m so sorry to hear about your brother. My BYC friends’ support was invaluable when I was losing, and then lost, my amazing sister Linda. Being able to vent without judgement and feel compassion without feeling smothered by gloom made such a difference.
