BOB THANK YOU...did not even notice upgrade....EEK. I have learned.
I would prefer my old set up. I understand there are problems with

I am not told there is a message. Usually it comes in my email. It does not
come in my email always. AND for any computer guru.....I purchased this computer in 2018 and thinking of purchasing a new one. AND I am trying to
decide Apple or Windows? I hear Windows 10 and Windows 11 are having
problems. Any input would be great. I want an I Mac all in one. AT MY AGE
perhaps it will be difficult to LEARN>?

When I have problems, I cannot do anything but read BYC.

When this occurs I have to update my profile and have my password confirmed.

There has been many occasions where our mail has taken a long time, strangely enough in my experience it's mostly the first class, I have no idea why.
I can't see anyone working on Monday as it's an official bank holiday

Thank your for your info. YES I am comfortable with Windows and want to stay with it. At my last update Windows 10 was removed. I am unable to use my computer. The place where I purchased it: said....your computer is not capabale of Windows 11 install...they believe that removed Window 10????? I am now using a neighbors lap top. YOU have helped me. THANK YOU again.

Sounds like you hit the upgrade link instead of the update link. They should be able to reinstall Windows 10 for you.

They should be able to bring Microsoft 10 back to your computer.
