Any Home Bakers Here?

I need some good recipes to make use of the left over turkey. Anyone got some they like? There will be several bags in the freezer.

I'll be using the carcass for making bone broth, but I have a lot of meat left. No problem eating the stuffing/gravy/potatoes/cranberry.

I just made a turkey shepherds pie. Frozen vegetables, onion and turkey mixed together, salt and pepper, a layer of shredded cheese, and then the mashed potatoes. Bake at 400* for about half an hour (or put it in the crockpot).

I make:

TURKEY HASH

Equal parts of turkey and potatoes, (cook the potatoes)
Onion
Celery
Turkey broth
Salt
Pepper
Sage, to your taste

In a large skillet saute the onion and celery.

Add the turkey and potatoes.

Salt, pepper, and sage to taste.

Add turkey broth to keep moisture.

When cooked long enough to combine the flavors it is ready to serve.

I usually serve with cranberry sauce.

Enjoy!!!!!
