The alerts do not work unless you are logged in. It sounds like Aria is not logged into BYC.

She may not be logged in when she gets on at first but she is definitely logged in since a person cannot post unless they are logged in.

I don't know why she is not staying logged in. It may be as simple as not checking the stay logged in box or it may be that she is clearing her cookies whenever she shuts down her browser.

Go to the top of the page. In the header right above the first post, click Unwatch. After it turns to Watch, click on Watch and the circle beside "and receive emails".

If you don't get an email alert later, you need to check your email system and make sure that the emails aren't going into your Spam folder and/or that you have somehow managed to block emails from BYC.

You should see this thread when you click on forums and then watched threads.

I click on Forum NO Problem. Clickl on Watched threads...NOTHING happens.

It did click on Forums. DID NOT CLICK on Watched Threads...now

I do not clear cookies every time. I shut down. Normal shut down.

Sorry. I didn't think about that. Um... I don't know how to log out... I think I've been logged in since August 7, 2020...

We have to log back in every two weeks now. BYC logs you out.
