It was 32°F this morning and dropped to zero in one hour. There is also about 1 1/2" of new snow.

I put together a couple loaves of Champlain bread last night and boy are they slow to get going! I think I should have fed my starter a day in advance with an extra feeding.

I used garlic butter, Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Parsley flakes are more festive, but so are pepper flakes.
