Last night I made pizza with sourdough crust. It just seems so puny compared to all the fuss making it. Also DH really loves red sauce and I didn’t make enough of it, which I feel guilty about I suppose. Since the starter was so bubbly I started a loaf of Champlain which I’ll bake later today.
I loved the music too Sally. I guess I’m not entirely comfortable with insect protein yet but I could be in the right circumstance. And thank you Jared for giving us something new to think about!
