Any Home Bakers Here?

Wow, fascinating!! I made my first sourdough waffles today :)

I made french bread and heart shaped (not my idea!) sourdough hard rolls yesterday. This morning was french toast and chicken flavored sourdough drop biscuits. Nothing too exciting, but I’m told I need to get back into the kitchen to make; two batches of scones, more french toast and cookies.
I’m done with snow days.
 
Why are they called grownies
I was trying to make granola bars, and they ended up more like brownies.

Brownies full of oatmeal, quinoa, bananas, applesauce, raisins, honey, peanut butter, eggs, cinnamon, and cocoa.
