Feeding Genesis2 tonight....Baking Sourdough Multigrain Seeded ...two loaves

I need to bake some more sandwich bread this weekend!

Temps will be in the mid 90s for highs so baking in the morning will work. That way I can use the whole house fan to cool the house.

We had rain! sprinkle in the morning then a better soaking rain at night.
Making pizza tonight chicken with bacon.

I finally got oat and rice flour ground! It's a bit of a chore, so I kept putting it off. But now it's done! Wheeeee!

That means I can get my SDS cranking too. I had it in the fridge, as I was running out of the oat and rice flour I feed it. On the counter now, and I am going to have a sourdough pancake for breakfast tomorrow.

I’m so proud of this plant!
