Any Home Bakers Here?

45° and raining all day today and tomorrow. No baking for me, we're headed back to St L to put The Kid back on the bus, home leave is over, back to school he goes! We'll get home about 8:30 tonight. DH will do the lion's share of the driving, I'll be here off and on (between dead zones). Have a great day everybody.
 
With all the pics you post of wonderful looking breads, what types of flour are you using? Is it mostly all-purpose or bread? Or do you mill your own flour?
I use mostly all purpose unbleached flour and artisan flour for bread. I do add spelt, rye, whole wheat on occasion too.
