I just finished making six dozen cookies for Thanksgiving.View attachment 3688670 Peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanutbutter
3/4th cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
3/4th cup rolled oats (I use quick oats)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips into a mixing bowl and thoroughly combine.
Stir in the chocolate chips. Form dough into balls (golf ball size)
Place on prepared pan and slightly flatten. (I like them a bit flatter so I flatten them to about 5/8th inch).
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Golden brown is the unbaked color so I go by how we like the texture and that's 9 minutes of baking instead of 10-12.

Note on the baking soda: The recipe says 1 tsp, I use 3/4th tsp because I can taste it if I use more.
Oooooo! Look so good!! I have to make five pumpkin rolls that people ordered

I wouldn't mind sinking my teeth into the goodies you've shown!
My siblings always come in the kitchen ( since they are 11 and down ) they beg me for a taste or just one sample please!! 😂 and they just say please please a whole bunch of times! Just to get one little crumb:gig

Comparing the recipe to chocolate chip or my pb cc cookies, I think 1/2 tsp should work.

I need you. Pumpkin rolls are probably the only thing I actually don’t like making.

I’m told I am making the cloud bread in half an hour (I need cream cheese). I’ll let you know how it goes. I might be brave enough to try it without the cream cheese (as others have without a substitute), and maybe with garlic powder in the future.

I’ve been asked to make cloud bread. I have the recipe, but the comments are so full of, “don’t do this, and forget that,” that I am going to just ask you guys. Who’s made it, and how?
Cloud bread like the "viral TikTok" one?

Or more like the Keto bread?

I've made the "viral TikTok" thing with some leftover egg whites. I didn't care for the egg flavor (which was all it tasted like since there is no flavoring), but my sister loved it (probably because she's ten and it was purple )

Same
I'm always seeing finger swipes in the frosting lol!
