I agree with using parchment paper. Zucchini Bread looks yummy

Got a baking question for you all.

I just finished making chocolate zucchini bread, here’s the recipe I used.

It turned out delicious, but I had a lot of trouble getting it out of the pan.

As you can see, it got stuck to the bottom, despite me taking all the measures to prevent that. I sprayed the bottom with cooking spray thoroughly, and yet it still stuck somehow. It broke coming out of the pan.

What can I do in the future to prevent this? What went wrong this time?

Grease with butter and put parchment paper and leave two sides
of the paper up on sides....PERHAPS THAT WOULD HELP. I never use zucchini...Not one of my likes. But perhaps someone
else would know. This is just a GUESS. Aria

I can’t say I’ve heard of apple zucchini bread. Would it be all right if I get the recipe? I really want to try it now.

I made this herb bread for the local fair, dropping it off in an hour or so! The other loaf I made with it tasted great so wish me luck!

I can’t say I’ve heard of apple zucchini bread. Would it be all right if I get the recipe? I really want to try it now.
