The ceramic Pot is an Emil Henry French Pottery I purchased at a Garage Sale. Am starting to use it.

Thank you. The flour I used was a gift King Arthur 10 Blend
Whole Grain Flour...it contains 10 different flours. WOW. All
that tasted the Bread....said it was the most delicious Bread
I have made. Now today's project: Call King Arthur and locate where I can purchase this Flour.

Good morning everyone,

I happened to be boiling eggs this morning when I noticed something very interesting.

As you can see, when I reached a rolling boil, the eggs went to the side of the pot. They were not like this when I put the eggs in.

I’m pretty sure there’s some scientific principal behind this, but I don’t know what it is. I just thought it was interesting.

Anyway, boiled eggs for breakfast.
