Any Home Bakers Here?

Okay, @cavemanrich , I will be using the tangzhong again. I will also use the seasoning blend. It makes a good sandwich bread (not pb&j!!), and a dipping bread as well. IMG_9751.jpeg
 
I plan to do some baking on Monday and Tuesday, when it's supposed to be in the single digits. That should help warm up the house. I'm considering making grownie cake again (grownies with water added, and it turned cake-like).

Also on the list:
Frittata
Dog cookies
Roasted potatoes

I should make a loaf of GF bread too, shouldn't I?
