Well, I did not make a frittata. I gave the dozen eggs to my neighbor instead.

I just started my first focaccia. Most recipes are similar, so I just picked one.
… Now I have checked the King Arthur method. I decree it is not to be used, and will banish it from my mind.

For those of you who are concerned, I just heard from @Ladies-Eight. Something did happen to her, and she was in the hospital.
