Any Home Bakers Here?

Thanks, will have to try it. I really didn't know there was a lemon-mustard sauce. Sounds like a good one and got it saved in my recipe folder now..

Let me know if you like it. We don't very often have seafood (other than mussels in paella) but it would maybe be good for something else.

Will do
I just came across this idea for hard boiled eggs and thought it was cute. Wish I would have seen it before Christmas but guess snowmen are pretty good for any time in the winter.

Those are cute. Maybe when the girls get back to laying…lol…I only have 3 laying and getting 0-1 egg daily...

Sorry if you said so before, I'm in another world today

Are your girls molting?
Yes they are…2 molted early in late summer, other 4 started in fall. One BR hasn't fully feathered yet. But seeing less losses in my weekly feather clean ups, so hope they are all almost through. Yesterday's egg looked like one more has started back laying…but still only one egg for the day. Expecting them to get back to work as the days get longer….

Make meringues then. If you calculate it out, they really aren't that bad for you, just egg whites, sugar and a whole lot of air. I like them topped with strawberries.

This was something I posted around Christmas time...it perfectly said what I was feeling:

Hope that made you laugh...it kills me every time I look at it!
