Any Home Bakers Here?

I had something unusual happen. This morning, I went out to check on my chickens, and I got one green egg from Taylor. I just went out now, and I found a second green egg.

Either I missed an egg yesterday, or she laid two eggs in one day, which is unlikely.

I must be out of it if I missed an egg.

I have three hens that lay green only one is olive the others are lighter.

I’m making chicken chow mein tonight. Here is the recipe I am using.

Nope! Just use them as is. When I was growing up. We just piled the chicken chow being along the side of these crunchy noodles or occasionally spoon the chicken chow mein over.

Made the recipe exactly as the instructions said. It was good, but I feel like it was missing something. Maybe it was salt.

Then again, my nose is stuffed up and I’m sick. Maybe I didn’t taste how good it was as a result.
