Making bagels and sourdough bread today. Haven't been baking lately so I thought I'd do some. Hope everyone is good today.

They both sound good! I made an apple pie today and froze 3. I usually don't use my own apples as they are to tart but this year they are good sized and edible.

I baked sourdough french bread, a cheese cake and am now blind baking a pie shell for lemon pie...I got the baking bug bad!

I have helped my mom canning since I was about 5, and I love canning now. It is such a great way to preserve food naturally!

I made some chocolate chip cookies to take to a potluck last night. I made 4 dozen and came home with 1 dozen.
