Mind if I join in? I've peeked through the thread as much as I could, seeing as it's a *few* pages long

I love baking and cooking. It probably stems from growing up on a farm and watching/ helping my mom baking for the local "Home Industries " shop where many ladies from the community would join and sell their edibles, produce, knitting, crochet, sewing, etc! It was always one of my favorite places to be in the little town whenever I could join her for the once or twice a month work days!

I always thought it was similar to a crisp, but doesn't it have a different bottom crust?

I have lots of domesticated black raspberries, they are the fence around my garden. I had to get rid of them somehow, and the torte was a very delicious way!

I'm going to have to try that with raspberries next summer as I had so many this past year the chickens ended up getting some. Your recipe is pretty close.

Yay for crafty people....the good kind. I haven't done anything craft related things for chickens besides building coops, and I'll be doing that again soon, yay for new chicks! Anyway, I'll come by later with a pic or two once I've baked some bread and gotten a few things done, now that my back "episode" is finally clearing up a little.
