Any Home Bakers Here?

It is taking me longer to post....than it did to bake my bread. I made my Multi Grain: It made to large loaves(recipe is posted)
I made my Peasant Bread will post recipe if anyone wants it.
I emailed the photos of the bread to Penny. I was unable to upload.

If you don't mind sharing the Peasant Bread recipe, I'd like to see it.
 
Here is my Peasant Bread:
2 tablespoons yeast
2 cups warm water
3 3/4 All purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat Flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Mix Shape on floured board place shaped loaves in tins
let rise about 1 hour or until top of tin
Makes one large loaf 425 degree oven 10 minutes lower oven to 400 degrees and bake for 20 minutes

Penny, THANKS. Chickens come before me...that is for sure. The one loaf alone is my Peasant Bread and the two loaves are my Multi Grain. Penny, Thanks again, Regards, Aria

Thanks all for your kind words. Actually YOU ALL....and this site inspired me to start
baking yeast products again. It started with Ron and his sandwich bread. I took Ron's recipe and modified it. And then I started working on a very quick and easy recipe and created the Peasant Bread. All FUN. Thanks again
