Brothers are like that

I have a scar right above my lip where my brother pushed me off a tall stool and I hit an open cabinet door on the way to the floor. Apparently, that was his stool and I shouldn't have sat on it (I was all of 2 yrs old at the time).

There was 3 of us Ma was a bad girl was pregnant when she married the one I call the sperm bank he made my Brother and I and the half sister I am the youngest ya got picked on but brother and I would gang up on her also she was out of a swede and big she would sit on us brother and I were pretty tight still are

Cousins were hurt and they hurt me too!

One cousin gave me stitches above the eye and I gave a different cousin stitches on the head. I do not know how a third cousin went through the window and I do not remember it there were stitches involved- probably though

We won't discuss the sibling damage!

I have a scar on my forehead from when my sister dragged me into a table leg. Those were the days when table legs were heavy wooden and had sharp corners. Brothers are not always the culprits.

Oh very true...it isn't always the brothers. My little sis was a biter and I still have a scar on one of my fingers from her razor sharp teeth.

Of course, I was the perfect angel in the family

Yes like I said my nose was already to big but on the brother subject , he was really into throwing things..I mean everything and we were at the beach and he threw a big rock, I was bending down picking up a shell on the beach...needless to say he knocked me out! I just got done making stuffed bell peppers for dinner!

I'm going lazy for dinner tonight (ok, truthfully, been lazy all day).

I'm making Frito Chili Pie tonight

I asked DH if he would mind something simple like that and he got all excited, lol. Guess it doesn't always have to be something fancy to satisfy!

I have not made those in a very long time!

Me neither, and we always enjoyed them. Going to have to update my grocery list to get the stuff for them.

I did make cabbage casserole recently--It was a big hit! Some of the old recipes are still very good

It makes sense though, you are barely into the off season.
