I've been super busy...but as soon as I can I'm making that peanut brittle

Finally letting me upload pictures! Yay! Just wanted to share my son helping me with the pumpkin this morning.

I love peanut brittle, but can no longer eat nuts

But still pull the nuts out and the brittle part is quite tasty

A friend made some Seed Brittle - made with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts. Some thing else too, but I can't remember what. It was good.

Whew, made it to the store and TSC. It's already madness out there.

@sunflour I saw that O'Keefe's hand cream at TSC up by the check out line (I had plenty of time to look around). You might see if yours carries it.

Stuffing recipe serves (4people)
6 slices of white bread toasted (cut in to cubes)
1/2 loaf of corn bread (crumbled up)
3-4 stalks of celery (sliced and cooked in bacon fat)
1/2 onion (chopped coarsely and cooked in bacon fat)
5-6 full slices of bacon (after cooked cut into slices)
Bacon grease after used to cook poor on bread and veggie mixture
The add turkey juice and bake for about 20 minutes in oven at 350 (watch i dont have an exact time)

On the fat and juice eye ball it.

I've still got a couple of pumpkins on the porch I might try that seed brittle
