I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday yesterday! Any special plans for the leftovers? My turkey will be used for turkey & noodles and a pecker pie (like a shepard's pie but with turkey taking the place of beef). Anything left over from that will go into soup.

I got plans for ham sandwhich (been craving), turkey enchiladas mmmm yeah baby i miss those so bad. And possible turkey pot pie. What to do with all the ham beside sandwhich, omelets , and ham/cheese crackers not sure.

We make "casseroles" - dressing topped by turkey with gravy on top and reheat in the oven.

Had wheat roll, turkey sandwiches today.

Ate all the pumpkin pie, so the frozen one is in the oven….

Hahahaha, how can anyone only eat 1/2 of a pumpkin pie?

They are top of my favorite list. So tomorrow will bake a lemon pie so DH keeps his fork out of my pumpkin pie..

I barely ate anything yesterday...had an upset stomach....felt full half way through my plate...stomach is still upset today......they made 3 Turkey's and two hams and I don't think more than thirty people showed up. We ended up with a fridge full of left overs. And I don't feel like eating..argggggg.

Lol we behind lol my parents like pecan my husband and i like pumpkin but neither of us were unstuffed after dinner for more then a small peice lol.
