Any Home Bakers Here?

We have an amazing amount of food left over. My son ate almost nothing, no one ate the chicken and the ham was huge, so we have a whole chicken, 1/2 of a huge ham, half the pumpkin pie and half the cheesecake! Plus we have rolls, all the veggies. It's crazy!

Phil, sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. Maybe someone will make you some turkey broth to eat/drink

I'd blame it on drinking....but I didn't really drink that much as my stomach was upset.....but I'm sure it didn't help. I was able to drink a cup of tomato soup and that helped for a while. I rarely ever catch a cold or flu....but I get every stomach bug that goes around.

That's ok though, leftovers can be even better than the original meal.

You have leftover cheesecake? How does that happen?

I am starting a batch of sourdough bread--Half will be cooked in my porcelain dutch oven.
