Ohhh Olives too that would be great!

I'm realizing I haven't had any lunch, I fed Gabe and then we were off to the beach. I was cleaning while he ate. This conversation is making me hungry

. Good thing the corn bread is almost done! I have some chili that I'm going to have with it!

@ronott1 chalk up another win for your cornbread recipe! It was very good and DH didn't even want butter on his (I had already put butter on mine when he said that). That will be our go-to recipe for cornbread from now on.

Thank you!

That is great!

Did you have left overs?

I was thinking last night that the cornbread recipe was being made all over the world now!

Love it!

Yes, we had leftover cornbread. I made an enormous pan of beef enchiladas to go with the cornbread. We have plenty of both things left. Dinner's ready for tomorrow too now!

That corn bread is going in my recipe box! Yummy and super easy

. Like I said, I'm not a huge corn bread person, but this is hands down the best corn bread I have ever had! I think half the thread has tried it this weekend! Hahaha

Thank you again ronott1 for sharing!

Ok the WW rolled cheese thing was not bad but had little flavor. Needs a stronger cheese I am thinking Pepper Jack! and some spices.
but it was super easy
The WW Pizza Dough fantastic I am wondering if I leave out the yeast if I could use it for pie crust.

Thank you Alice28 it was yummy post #306

@tjo804 no problem. I'll be making the dough tomorrow. Pizza for lunch with the daycare tomorrow. The kids have a blast making pizza and decorating them! I usually brush garlic butter on the crust just before I put it in the oven. Yum

Lucy use to be agood eater i crying with how difficult she become thingnisni cant let her go with out because of her blood sugar so it causes me to give in. As long as i get protien in her i am happy but i would love for her to eat what i have made. Lately she hard to get to eat protien all she wants is snacks so no snacks in the house hopefully stops it(dreaming done it before it doesnt but i can dream) i can get her to eat bacon and fruit and veggies and chicken and fried fish just not beef really and not a few other things. Yeah but she has five kids now lol i doubt she or i are up for an Afternoon of six of them. My other friend has older kids that lucy loves playing with and they with her her youngest is six but they all get along great she the one i am going to beg plus her ten year old is more then willing (she begs me) to come over and watch lucy so i might use that to my advantage lol. It changed to bbq chicken i had planned for lunch because i dethawed it but decide i didnt feel like meay for lunch we had now two days of healthy lunches with little to no meat. We do cheese for protien and cottage cheese she loves has 13g of protien woohoo winner. I mix it with avacodo and make a dip out of it she loves

Lots of little kids do not eat beef, I think because it is harder to eat. But really she isn't doing very badly. There is nothing wrong with fish, even fried it is still one of the better ones, let her eat it until she wants something new. Don't let your hormones stress you out, feed her what she eats and keep introducing new things. YOUR DOING FINE, and so is Lucy.

A friend of mine is having a rummage sale Saturday to help earn money towards her daughters student exchange program. She txted me today and said they will also have baked goods for sale. I'm donating rummage sale items and I decided I'm going to make lemon poppyseed bread, corn bread and apple cake for the bake sale items. I will have a busy day Friday! I went and got mini loaf pans today to put everything in.
