We had some cheesecake tonight at my daughter's girl scout meeting. The crust was made from extra girl scout cookies, all crushed up....it was really good lol.
Yum! I have a recipe for cranberry swirl cheesecake that I usually make every Thanksgiving. The crust also calls for crushed cookies, though I sometimes just use graham crackers. It's so good - can't wait for the holidays!

Just this morning I came across 4 no-bake cheesecake recipes (Oreo, Peanut Butter, Chocolate & plain w/Raspberry Sauce). If I have all the ingredients, thought I'd try one out today.

that does sound good!

I prefer cheese cake with cookie crust instead of graham cracker. I use Oreo without the filling usually but have used vanilla wafers and ginger snaps.

For me it depends on what the filling is and which cookie is used. This summer I tried a recipe that called for a Nutter Butter cookie crust. Sounded good but the results weren't. What a complete waste of Nutter Butters :hit

Oops, made a typo but it's all better now

That is so sad!
Definitely match the cookie with the filling.
I am often disappointed in peanut butter in baked goods. The peanut butter flavor is often off to me

Today was the last day that the Amish market was open and everything was 50% off. We brought him a big basket of green peppers, big basket of jalapeΓ±o peppers, a big basket of eggplant, 8 spaghetti squash, 2 big pumpkins, and 3 gourds. Cost a whole $25! We made a bunch of jalapeΓ±o poppers and some eggplant pizzas today. Delicious!
