O boy...I might need to leave Santa a note..a bread machine would be another awesome present.

Yep, I use mine on dough cycle mostly - it mixes and does the first rise. Mine is quite old and still love it

If you get one with a timer, you can put the ingredients in and awake to bake bread

My Dh got me one from wally world a few years ago and it makes all kinds of stuff including jam and jelly. I love it.
I bought my son one from a thrift store for 10.00 it does all the same things mine does.

I bought one in thrift store like 10 or 12 but do not take it out of the cupboard now
I enjoy making the bread by hand
