Any Home Bakers Here?

I use it to cut dough. Especially for cinnamon rolls. I saw a show where it was recommended for lettuce. Even in the salad bowl.

I was in Subway a couple weeks ago and they were using a tool that looked like a modified pastry blender to chop salad lettuce. Worked pretty well from what I saw.

They do sell small versions of a pizza cutter for herbs with multiple wheels

I wouldn't want my salad greens cut up that finely (I thought even the way Subway did it was too chopped).

The herb scissors I have are these:

I've only used them for herbs, never salad.

Yes, very much so, they do a great job. The green cover doubles as a cleaner for getting in between the blades. They sure make chopping herbs a lot easier than trying to use a knife for the job.

I chopped oregano yesterday with a knife. Time to order one of the herb scissors.
