Icing: In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Spread the icing on the buns while they’re warm. Yield: 12 big buns.

I went ahead, and made a few peanut butter coconut cups. I tried; a pb cup with coconut on the chocolate, pb and coconut mixed, and pb with a coconut layer. The coconut layer inside was best. It was more flavorful than the mixed one, and the coconut covered pb cup was ... kinda dry. The coconut was also kinda a choking hazard.

Good to experiment! Glad you found one that was good

It will recover unless it has gone pink.

Mix one cup of luke warm water with a cup of flour and 1/2 cup of starter. After 12 hours add another half cup of flour. Twelve hours later, toss all but 1/2 cup of starter and add a cup of warm water and a cup of flour. 12 hours later add half a cup of flour.

Odds are in your favor that the starter will be bubbling again by then.

If you do not have starter in the freezer, send me a mailing address and I will send a start

Duckling ate the last cheesy breadstick last night. An hour ago, she was on the tire swing, and saw the yellow truck. “IT’S BREADSTICKS! HE HAS CHEESE BREADSTICKS! HE’S BRINGING THEM TO ME!!!!!!” After being his helper, she called to him, “Bye! Thank you for the breadsticks!” Then gushed, “I love him. Especially when he brings me breadsticks.”
