Any Home Bakers Here?

I do some baking via, Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Duncan Hines. Used to bake some very impressive cookies won best in a Pillsbury Bake oFf many years ago. I didn't invent them but, they were the best cookies I ever made and did them for years. Gave to neighbors, friends, post office staff, customer service at grocer stores.

Just used to make way too many of them- even I couldn't eat them all. But, expensive to make since I didn't have any of the ingredients- I kept doubling or tripling the receipe and once year despite giving to everyone I could think of. Had so many left I threw them out for the the birds (who wouldn't touch them). I had too, couldn't stop eating them.

made to almond joy cookies .. kinda weird but edible one pan burned the bottom ick but the other really good ... made sourdough bread rise it in our old milk glass bowls had one break into a million shards it fell into the sink where I had it tipped to dry
If you haven't already thrown the burnt ones out, take a cheese grater, and just grate the burnt part off the bottom. Good as new!
